Acumatica/Business Central Functional Consultant - ERP Implementation

Join our growing team as we scale from boutique consulting to systematic service delivery. You'll own end-to-end Acumatica implementations while working directly with North American equipment companies who need cost clarity to compete on value, not price.

Growth Path : Start with implementation delivery ? expand to customer advisory ? potential team leadership as we scale.

What You'll Do :

Core Implementation Responsibilities :

- Discovery & Design : Lead customer workshops, map current/future processes, produce detailed fit-gap analyses and Statements of Work

- System Configuration : Build Acumatica environments (companies, ledgers, subaccounts, posting rules, item/warehouse management, projects, service orders, security)

- Technical Development : Create Generic Inquiries, dashboards, KPIs, ARM financial reports, Import Scenarios, custom Report Designer layouts

- Integration Analytics : Connect systems via OData/REST APIs for Power BI dashboards and automation workflows

- Data & Testing : Manage data migration (templates, cleansing, trial loads) and User Acceptance Testing cycles

- Training & Documentation : Train end users and administrators, create SOPs and implementation runbooks

Strategic Support :

- Sales Partnership : Support pre-sales scoping, demos, and proposal development

- Continuous Improvement : Provide post-go-live optimization and enhancement roadmaps

- Knowledge Building : Contribute to playbooks, templates, and best practices documentation

Must-Have Qualifications :

Technical Experience :

- 3+ years ERP implementation experience with 2+ years hands-on Acumatica (functional lead or senior consultant role)

- Strong functional expertise in Financials and at least one of : Distribution, Project Accounting, Field Service

- Technical skills : Generic Inquiries, Dashboards, ARM reports, Import Scenarios, Report Designer

- Integration experience : OData/REST APIs for analytics and automation

Soft Skills :

- Excellent English communication (written and verbal) for North American customers

- Customer-facing experience : Leading workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings

- Project ownership : Managing timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations independently

- Documentation skills : Creating clear, actionable process documentation

Preferred Qualifications (Differentiators) :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience (Financials, Jobs/Projects, Service Management)

- Certifications : Acumatica Business Consultant, Advanced Financials/Distribution; Microsoft BC Functional Consultant Associate

- Industry experience : Equipment companies, manufacturing, distribution, or field service businesses

- Additional tools : Velixo reporting, Power BI, Power Automate, Postman

Success Metrics (First 90 Days) :

1. Monthly Deliverables : Ship one customer-facing artifact each month (dashboards, reports, import templates)

2. Project Leadership : Successfully lead a Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing cycle

3. customer Satisfaction : Achieve ?4.5/5 CSAT rating on first two projects

4. Knowledge Contribution : Create at least one reusable template for our implementation playbook

Working Model :

- Remote-first : Work from Philippines with occasional video calls during Pacific time overlap

- Core Collaboration Hours : 9am2pm Pacific (availability for customer meetings and team collaboration)

- Travel : Minimal (<5% annually) for special project needs

- Time Zone : Flexible schedule with consistent Pacific overlap for customer communication

Compensation & Benefits :

- Monthly Salary : $2,500 - $3,200 USD (?140,000 - ?180,000 PHP) based on experience
