Job Title : Actimize SAM Developer

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Actimize SAM Developer with strong expertise in implementing and customizing NICE Actimize solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Actimize SAM, AIS, RCM, SQL/PL-SQL, and Linux environments. You will be responsible for solution implementation, customization, batch processing, and production support while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and customize NICE Actimize Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM) solutions.

- Perform SAM customization, including rule cloning, query rule development, test data preparation, out-of-the-box (OOB) rule validation, and threshold configuration.

- Manage SAM batch processing, including daily and monthly batch distribution, batch failure handling, rerun processes, and customization of SAM and UDM exit points.

- Configure and develop Actimize RCM, including roles, groups, business units, workflows, DART, workflow restrictions, platform lists, and alert types using the RCM Designer.

- Develop and customize Actimize AIS components, including Objects, Event Processors (EP), Flows, Connectors, Channels, Active Tables, and Formatting Templates.

- Design, develop, and optimize database objects, including schemas, PL/SQL procedures, functions, DDL, DML, and complex SQL queries.

- Work in Linux environments to support deployments, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.

- Collaborate with business analysts, project teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.

- Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to development and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience implementing NICE Actimize SAM solutions.

- Hands-on experience with SAM customization, including rule cloning, query rule development, and threshold configuration.

- Good knowledge of SAM batch processing, batch reruns, UDM customization, and profile creation.

- Experience with Actimize RCM configuration and workflow management.

- Hands-on experience with Actimize AIS customization using Objects, Event Processors, Flows, Connectors, Channels, Active Tables, and Formatting Templates.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, including database design, schema creation, DDL, DML, stored procedures, and functions.

- Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
