About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join a fast-paced AI Innovation team focused on building and validating Generative AI solutions through rapid prototyping and experimentation.

This is a hands-on engineering role for professionals who enjoy solving complex business problems using emerging AI technologies.

The role focuses on building Proof of Concepts (POCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and AI prototypes that demonstrate technical feasibility and business value.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Data Engineers, and UX teams to rapidly develop AI-driven solutions and help shape future enterprise AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Rapid AI Prototype Development :

- Design and develop AI Proof of Concepts and MVPs

- Build functional prototypes to validate business use cases

- Translate business requirements into working AI solutions

- Deliver outcomes within short innovation and sprint cycles

Generative AI and LLM Integration :

- Integrate Large Language Models into applications and workflows

- Build AI-powered solutions using modern LLM platforms

- Develop prompt engineering strategies to improve AI responses

- Optimize AI outputs for business use cases and demonstrations

AI Agent and Workflow Development :

- Build AI agents and multi-step AI workflows

- Develop orchestration patterns for complex AI interactions

- Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation solutions

- Create reusable AI components and frameworks

Cross Functional Collaboration :

- Partner with Product Managers, Architects, Data Engineers, and UX teams

- Participate in technical discussions and solution design

- Present prototype outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders

- Communicate technical feasibility, risks, and limitations

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing :

- Document architecture, design decisions, and implementation approaches

- Create reusable assets and best practices

- Support transition of successful prototypes to engineering teams for scaling

Required Skills and Experience :

Experience :

- 10 to 14 years of overall software engineering experience

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM-based solutions

- Proven experience delivering AI Proof of Concepts, MVPs, or innovation projects

- Experience working in fast-paced and evolving environments

Technical Skills :

- Strong programming experience in Python

- Experience with Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models

- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms

- Experience with Prompt Engineering techniques

- Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation architectures

- Experience building AI Agents and AI-powered workflows

- Strong understanding of API integration and backend development

- Experience with vector databases and semantic search concepts
