Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain SaaS integrations and automation workflows.

- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.

- Define integration logic, data flows, and transformation rules between systems.

- Implement monitoring, error handling, retries, alerts, and logging for production integrations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to workflow logic, data flow, and platform behavior.

- Optimize existing integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Work across multiple iPaaS platforms and adapt quickly to new tools and frameworks.

- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to clarify requirements and manage change requests.

- Document integration workflows, configurations, and operational procedures.

- Ensure integrations follow security, access control, and data handling best practices.

- Take ownership of assigned integrations and ensure ongoing stability and support.

- Continuously learn and adopt new automation, integration, and AI - related tools.

- Willing to work in shift (PST - rotation).

Must Have Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem - solving skills.

- Experience working with SaaS applications and cloud - based systems.

- Understanding of integration concepts, automation logic, and data flows.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and reason through edge cases.

- Comfortable learning new tools and technologies in a fast - changing environment.

- Good communication skills and a collaborative, ownership - driven attitude.
