Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Apriso Developer with 5+ years of experience in Dassault Systemes DELMIA Apriso development and implementation. The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, customizing, integrating, and supporting Apriso based Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise in Apriso development, manufacturing processes, application customization, and integration with enterprise systems such as SAP and other ERP applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain DELMIA Apriso applications based on business and manufacturing requirements.

- Work on Apriso modules and functionalities related to Manufacturing Execution, Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Shop Floor Operations.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Apriso.

- Develop and customize Apriso components, workflows, screens, business rules, and processes.

- Work on Apriso Process Builder / Process Designer and related development tools.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Apriso and external systems such as SAP, ERP, MES, and shop-floor systems.

- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide technical resolutions.

- Participate in application testing, debugging, deployment, and production support activities.

- Develop technical documentation, design specifications, and configuration documents.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and other technical teams during implementation and support activities.

- Support enhancements, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Follow coding, development, testing, and deployment standards.

Required Technical Skills:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DELMIA Apriso development.

- Strong knowledge of Apriso MES architecture and application development.

- Experience with Apriso configuration and customization.

- Hands-on experience with Apriso Process Builder / Process Designer.

- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and MES / Shop Floor applications.

- Experience in Apriso integrations with SAP/ERP and other enterprise applications.

- Strong knowledge of SQL / database concepts.

- Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.

- Knowledge of web technologies and programming concepts relevant to Apriso development.

- Understanding of manufacturing domains such as Production, Quality, Warehouse, Material Management, and Shop Floor Operations is preferred.

Good to Have:

- Experience with DELMIA Apriso implementation / upgrade / migration projects.

- Experience working with SAP integration.

- Knowledge of MES architecture and Industry 4.0 concepts.

- Experience in global manufacturing projects.

- Experience with Apriso version upgrades and performance optimization.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
