We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead with a strong background in .Net to join our growing team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a talented group of developers in the design, development, and implementation of high-performance, scalable web applications. You will play a key role in guiding the team through project lifecycles, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of developers. Lead by example, promoting best practices, and ensuring adherence to coding standards.

- Project Management : Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Development : Hands-on coding, participating in the development process, and collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Code Review : Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.

- Collaboration : Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and quality assurance.

- Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Provide innovative solutions to address challenges and optimize performance.

- Technical Documentation : Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, API documentation, and code documentation.

Requirements :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Nest.js and Next.js.

- Leadership : Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, guiding and motivating development teams.

Technical Skills :

1. Strong proficiency in .Net

2. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (Angular).

3. Solid understanding of web application architecture and design patterns.

4. Docker / Container

5. SQL / NoSQL (Advanced Understanding)
