Accolite - Tibco/APIGEE Developer - Java

Description:

- Develop and implement integration solutions aligned with business and system architecture.

- Ensure optimal system performance, scalability, and resource utilization across all releases.

- Design, develop, and optimize TIBCO-based integration components and services.

- Provide technical leadership during solution architecture discussions and design reviews.

- Review and validate design and development deliverables produced by the team.

- Troubleshoot high-impact production issues and provide last-line technical defense.

- Drive efficiency improvements through automation, best practices, and standards.

- Ensure timely delivery of integration projects with high-quality output.

- Mentor and guide team members on technical skills and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with integration design patterns, coding standards, and SDLC practices.

Required Skills & Expertise:

- Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO integration suite (EMS 7.x/8.x, BW 5.x/6.x, ActiveSpaces, APIX, Adapters/SDK).

- Strong experience with APIGEE or similar API management/gateway platforms.

- Excellent command of Core Java programming and integration frameworks.

- Solid understanding of JMS, Oracle SQL, caching techniques, microservices, security standards, and encryption techniques.

- Experience designing CDM and TMF-based data models.

- Ability to design and implement complex SOA and integration solutions.

- Strong knowledge of integration design patterns, enterprise integration concepts, and best practices.

- Experience working in telecom domain with exposure to E2E solution architecture.

- Ability to work in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.
