Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SSIS/SSAS Developer to join our risk reporting delivery team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence and data warehousing solutions using SQL Server BI stack.

The role involves analysis, design, development, and unit testing, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and effective BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

- Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages for ETL workflows

- Build and optimize SSAS cubes (Multidimensional) and write MDX queries

- Develop and maintain reports in SSRS and Power BI

- Perform data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization for BI solutions

- Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high-quality delivery

- Ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness of BI deliverables

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support risk reporting requirements

- Manage version control and deployments using Git and DevOps tools

- Follow SDLC best practices, documentation standards, and coding guidelines

Required Skillsets :

- 7+ years of experience as a BI Developer with SQL Server stack

- Strong expertise in SSIS (ETL development) and SSAS (Multidimensional, MDX)

- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, SSRS & Power BI

- Proficiency in data modeling, cube design, and OLAP concepts

- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

- Experience using Git and Azure DevOps for version control and deployments

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment

Good to Have :

- Experience in financial/risk reporting domain

- Cloud BI exposure (Azure / AWS)

- Knowledge of DAX
