We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer (Full Stack) with deep expertise in CRM platform engineering and a passion for leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) to transform customer and sales experiences.

In this role, you will architect, design, and implement end-to-end Salesforce and AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity, personalization, and decision-making across customer journeys.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - Product, Data Science, and AI - to integrate modern AI services and full-stack applications into Salesforce ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions integrating CRM, automation, and AI-driven capabilities.

- Build and extend custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) and APIs to enable seamless user and data interactions.

- Develop full-stack applications and microservices that connect Salesforce with external systems and GenAI services (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.

- Collaborate with product and data science teams to integrate LLM-based features such as intelligent recommendations, conversational assistants, and predictive insights.

- Design and implement APEX, RESTful APIs, and middleware services to enable data synchronization and workflow automation.

- Drive code quality, security, and DevOps best practices, including CI/CD and automated testing for Salesforce components and integrations.

- Partner with architects and AI engineers to create secure, compliant, and scalable GenAI-enhanced CRM solutions.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy, design reviews, and architecture decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Flows).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and APIs.

- Experience developing end-to-end full-stack applications - preferably using Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), or Java (Spring Boot).

- Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Lightning Web Components).

- Proficiency in RESTful/GraphQL APIs, JSON/XML data exchange, and integration frameworks.

- Experience with GenAI or LLM integrations (OpenAI API, LangChain, Vertex AI, etc.) in CRM or business workflow contexts.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevOps automation for Salesforce.

- Excellent problem-solving, system design, and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have :

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or Integration Architect.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with data lakes, analytics platforms, or conversational AI systems.

- Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein GPT, Copilot, or custom AI-driven CRM solutions.

- Prior experience in enterprise-scale CRM transformation or AI-powered sales enablement initiatives.
