Job Overview :

The SailPoint IIQ Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions on the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform. The role involves building custom connectors, workflows, event handlers, and integrations while ensuring seamless provisioning, governance, and compliance across systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop custom adapters, process tasks, process definitions, and process forms within SailPoint IIQ.

- Configure and enhance event handlers, schedulers, plugins, and email notification resolvers.

- Design and develop custom connectors for application and system integrations.

- Perform requirement gathering, solution design, development, and deployment for IDM platform enhancements.

- Work on integrations with target systems, provisioning flows, and access governance functionalities.

- Collaborate with operations, deployment, and support teams to ensure smooth handovers and release cycles.

- Ensure development deliverables meet defined timelines, coding standards, and quality benchmarks.

- Troubleshoot integration issues, workflow disruptions, and provisioning errors.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and IAM best practices.

- Coordinate with onsite stakeholders and third-party teams for successful implementation and issue resolution

Required Skillsets :

- Strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ development and configuration.

- Proficiency in Java and BeanShell scripting for customization and workflow development.

- Hands-on experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.

- Deep understanding of IAM concepts including provisioning, access governance, certifications, and role management.

- Experience integrating IAM with AD, LDAP, cloud applications, databases, and third-party systems.

- Ability to customize SailPoint components including workflows, plugins, forms, and UI configurations.

- Familiarity with RBAC and ABAC models.
