Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead / Solution Architect to design and build scalable, cloud-native applications. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with architecture ownership across modern JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, AWS, and event-driven systems, with exposure to AI-enabled platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable cloud-native applications on AWS

- Lead backend and API design using Python and Node.js/TypeScript

- Design microservices and event-driven distributed systems (Kafka, SNS/SQS, etc.)

- Drive full-stack initiatives and guide engineering teams

- Establish best practices for scalability, security, DevOps, CI/CD, and observability

- Collaborate with stakeholders on solution design and technology decisions

Required Skills :

- 8 to 15 years of software engineering experience with architecture exposure

- Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js), Python, and AWS

- Deep understanding of microservices and distributed systems

- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus

- Exposure to AI/ML integration is desirable
