About the Role :
We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in Node.js, TypeScript, and Angular to lead engineering teams and drive technical design, architecture, development, and delivery of scalable applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader who can guide engineers, contribute to architecture and code reviews, make technical decisions, and work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Tech Stack : Node.js, TypeScript, Angular 17+, NestJS, Express.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, AWS, REST APIs, Microservices, Nx, Monorepo.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor software engineering teams.
- Drive technical and architectural decisions.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and conduct code reviews.
- Design and develop scalable applications.
- Manage technical debt and migration initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support incident resolution.
- Work with Product, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in technical hiring and mentoring.
Good to Have :
- OpenAI API / GenAI / RAG / Agentic AI.
- Redis / BullMQ.
- OpenSearch / Elasticsearch.
Candidate Profile :
- 1220 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript and Angular.
- Experience with GraphQL, AWS, PostgreSQL and Microservices.
- Strong understanding of System Design and Architecture.
- Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on development, architecture, delivery and team leadership.
