Accion Labs - Senior Software Engineer - .Net Full Stack Development

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, MVC, REST APIs, and Angular, and be capable of developing scalable, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Angular

- Build and consume RESTful APIs with secure and scalable architecture

- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices

- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues

- Contribute to architecture decisions and technology improvements

- Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5- 8 years of hands-on experience in .NET development

- Strong expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC

- Experience in designing and developing RESTful Web APIs

- Proficiency in Angular (latest versions preferred), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript

- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns

- Experience with SQL Server (or similar relational databases)

- Familiarity with Entity Framework / ORM frameworks

- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.)

- Experience with Git or other version control systems

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Good to Have :

- Experience with Microservices architecture

- Exposure to Azure/AWS cloud services

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes

- Experience in unit testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD)

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Good communication and collaboration abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks
