About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Developer with hands-on experience in Braze to design, develop, and maintain customer engagement and marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in .NET technologies, API integrations, and Azure, with experience integrating Braze into enterprise applications to deliver personalized customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET, ASP.NET Core, and C#.

- Build reusable, secure, and high-performance backend services.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Braze Integration :

- Develop and maintain integrations with the Braze Customer Engagement Platform.

- Configure and support Braze campaigns, messaging workflows, and customer journeys.

- Integrate Braze with enterprise applications through REST APIs and SDKs.

- Ensure accurate customer data synchronization between internal systems and Braze.

API Development :

- Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs.

- Integrate third-party services and enterprise platforms.

- Develop secure and scalable API solutions.

Azure & Cloud Services :

- Develop and deploy applications on Microsoft Azure.

- Utilize Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Storage Accounts, and related cloud services.

Database Management :

- Design and optimize SQL Server databases.

- Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning scripts.

DevOps & CI/CD :

- Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams for application deployment and release management.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with Product Managers, Marketing teams, QA Engineers, and Solution Architects.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills :
