This role builds the Microsoft Teams application layer that surfaces agentic AI and conversational analytics capabilities to enterprise end users across both engagements. Responsibilities span Teams application development, Copilot Studio integration, Teams AI Library implementation, Adaptive Cards-based conversational UI/UX, and enterprise store publishing. India-based, 0.5 FTE split across both SOWs.

Must-Have :

- Microsoft Teams Toolkit app development, configuration, and deployment

- Copilot Studio integration design and implementation

- Teams AI Library conversational AI implementation within Teams apps

- TypeScript/JavaScript primary development language for Teams apps

- Adaptive Cards conversational response design and rendering

- Microsoft Bot Framework bot development and channel configuration

Good to Have :

- Enterprise Teams app store submission and policy compliance experience

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and configure the Microsoft Teams application using the Teams Toolkit for both engagements

- Integrate Copilot Studio with the agentic orchestration layer; configure actions, topics, and connectors

- Implement the Teams AI Library for conversational intelligence within the Teams app

- Design and build Adaptive Cards for rendering structured query results and agentic workflow outputs in Teams

- Manage enterprise Teams app store submission and publishing

- Design and deliver conversational UI/UX experiences for end users interacting with the AI platform through Teams
