Role :

Provide L3 production support for .NET Core/C# applications, troubleshooting complex issues and performing RCA.

Responsibilities :

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and application defects.

- Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and implement permanent fixes.

- Analyze application logs, exceptions, API failures, and performance issues.

- Develop, test, and deploy production bug fixes/hotfixes.

- Troubleshoot SQL Server queries, stored procedures, blocking, deadlocks, and data issues.

- Work closely with L1/L2, Development, DBA, DevOps, and business teams for incident resolution.

- Support production releases and ensure issues are resolved within defined SLA.

- Maintain RCA and technical support documentation.

Tech Stack :

- C#, .NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, Git, CI/CD.

Requirements :

- Strong C#, .NET Core, Web API experience.

- Strong SQL Server skills.

- Proven production support and debugging experience.

- Strong RCA and problem-solving skills.

- Git and basic CI/CD knowledge.

- Good communication and incident-management skills.
