Job Duties:

- Collaborate with development and QA teams and lead the automation of builds and deployments.

- Design, build, and maintain a continuous deployment pipeline, integrating GitLab, Jenkins, Elastic Container Service, Lambda, and Docker into a variety of infrastructure combinations.

- Using IaC tools (like Terraform), build and maintain an automated process for provisioning and de-provisioning AWS infrastructure.

- Monitor active systems, create incident alerts, and lead the handling of incidents.

- Build and maintain system status reports.

- Ensure team collaboration using Jira, Confluence, and other tools.

- Analyze usage of existing systems and create a plan for upgrading or downgrading infrastructure to meet requirements and control costs.

Helpful Experience:

- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager.

- Relational Database administration.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field required.

- Overall experience should be around 8 - 10 years in IT, software development.

- 5 - 6 years of relevant experience in hands-on DevOps engineering.

- 3 - 4 years of experience supporting software development teams.

- 2 - 3 years experience with AWS and public cloud Environments.

- Apache Web server configuration and administration.

- Expert in using AWS toolkits.

- Good understanding of cloud application design patterns and practices preferably with AWS.

- Ability to quickly learn new technologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

- Strong Linux and network administration skills.

- Experience implementing CI/CD.

- Experience using a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services.

- Experience with infrastructure automation solutions like Terraform.
