ACA Group - Salesforce Administrator - Lightning Component Framework

Job Summary :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring Salesforce, managing user access, automating workflows, and ensuring data integrity across the system.
You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to support business processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, process builder, flows, and reports/dashboards.

- Develop and implement automated processes using Salesforce automation tools to streamline business workflows.

- Monitor data quality and integrity; conduct regular data audits and deduplication efforts.

- Provide training, support, and documentation to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce features.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.

- Support integration with other business systems and third-party applications via APIs or

middleware tools.

- Maintain system security and compliance with data governance policies.

- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously

improve system performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (2+ years preferred).

- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, standard objects, and security

model.

- Experience with declarative automation tools including Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow

Builder.

- Proficient in creating custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.

- Familiarity with Salesforce data management tools like Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.

- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to train and support users.

- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and Classic interface.

- Understanding of Salesforce integrations and APIs is a plus
