Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Ab Initio Co>Relate Developer with 810 years of experience in Ab Initio development and strong hands-on expertise in Ab Initio Co>Relate. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable data integration and matching solutions.
The role requires strong knowledge of Ab Initio GDE, EME, Co>Relate, ETL, SQL, RDBMS, and data warehousing. The candidate should have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and be comfortable working with large-scale data processing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and implement solutions using Ab Initio Co>Relate for data searching, scoring, matching, and relationship analysis.
- Develop and maintain robust Ab Initio Co>Relate applications and matching solutions.
- Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, cleansing, enrichment, validation, and matching.
- Develop efficient data integration workflows using Ab Initio GDE.
- Use EME (Enterprise Meta>Environment) for metadata management, code versioning, configuration, and deployment activities.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, analysis, and performance tuning.
- Work with relational databases and ensure efficient handling of large volumes of data.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, data validation, and reconciliation of ETL and matching processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Ab Initio jobs and investigate data processing failures.
- Perform detailed debugging and root cause analysis and implement appropriate fixes.
- Optimize ETL and Co>Relate processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, application teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Support production deployments, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance of Ab Initio applications.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, data mappings, process specifications, and deployment documentation.
- Follow development standards, version-control practices, testing procedures, and release-management processes.
