We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer / Lead to join our team at Aaxis Nano Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python and Django, along with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

This role involves designing scalable applications, building robust APIs, and working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 7+ years (Python & Django)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of 7+ developers, providing technical guidance and support

- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications using Python and Django

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for front-end and third-party integrations

- Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS for performance and scalability

- Use Celery for background task processing and Redis for caching

- Work with PostgreSQL (PSQL) databases, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization

- Enforce best practices for code quality, security, and performance

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver new features

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting

- Manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables using AGILE methodologies and JIRA

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve development processes

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Python and Django development

- Strong experience in designing and developing REST APIs

- Hands-on experience with AWS services

- Proficiency in Linux environments

- Experience with Celery and Redis

- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (PSQL)

- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams

- Familiarity with AGILE methodologies and JIRA

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)

- Knowledge of Docker and containerization

- Understanding of microservices architecture

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
