Role Overview :

As a Python Developer specializing in AI and Automation, you will be at the forefront of building and scaling intelligent systems that drive operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams to design backend services, integrate LLM-based workflows, and develop interactive interfaces for internal and external stakeholders.

Your work will directly influence the speed and accuracy of automated processes, ensuring that our technical infrastructure remains resilient, performant, and capable of supporting advanced AI-driven features.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI and Flask to ensure seamless communication between microservices and client applications.

- Engineer sophisticated AI workflows by integrating LangChain and prompt engineering techniques to automate complex data processing and decision-making tasks.

- Develop and deploy intuitive, data-heavy dashboards using Streamlit to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into automated system performance.

- Optimize database interactions and query performance using SQL to ensure data integrity and low-latency access for high-volume applications.

- Containerize applications using Docker to standardize development environments and streamline the deployment pipeline across production and staging servers.

- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications and robust codebases.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building production-grade backend systems using Python, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and API design principles.

- Proven ability to design and manage REST APIs that handle complex JSON data structures efficiently and securely.

- Practical experience in implementing AI-driven solutions, specifically leveraging LangChain and advanced prompt engineering to enhance model outputs and system intelligence.

- Strong proficiency in SQL for database design, optimization, and complex data retrieval, ensuring reliable data management for enterprise applications.

- Hands-on experience with Docker for environment consistency and deployment automation, facilitating a smooth CI/CD workflow.
