Overview of Role :

This role seeks an experienced Senior Java Architect/Leader with over 7+ years in Java/Spring Boot to design and lead the development of scalable, secure microservices on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Responsibilities include defining technical standards, mentoring teams, ensuring code quality, and optimizing performance, requiring strong expertise in system design, DevOps, APIs, and security principles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architectural Design : Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance Java-based application architectures, often using microservices.

- Technical Leadership : Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Collaboration : Work with product managers, business analysts, and other teams to gather requirements and align technical solutions with business goals.

- Standards & Best Practices : Define technical standards, guidelines, and patterns for Java development.

- Quality Assurance : Lead code reviews, ensure code quality, and resolve complex technical issues.

- Technology Evaluation : Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve systems.

- Documentation : Create and maintain architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and documentation.

- Performance Optimization : Identify and address performance bottlenecks and system issues.

Essential Skills & Qualifications :

- Deep experience of 7+ years in Java, Java EE, and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate).
