Job Description


Job Overview :


We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient IT Infrastructure Specialist with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in managing and supporting Microsoft Office 365, Exchange servers, Active Directory, and related technologies.

You will play a critical role in deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise-level messaging and directory services infrastructure. This role demands strong problem-solving abilities, a passion for learning, and the flexibility to support operational needs, including occasional weekend availability.


Key Responsibilities :


- Administer and manage Microsoft Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and SharePoint Online.

- Handle deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Exchange Servers (2010 and above), including hybrid environments.

- Manage mail gateways, mail routing, and ensure high availability and performance of messaging services.

- Oversee Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, including Group Policy management, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, and replication health.

- Configure and maintain Exchange Hybrid deployments, Azure AD Connect, ADFS, MFA, ADFS Web Proxy, and Azure B2B collaboration settings.

- Perform routine health checks, patching, backup, and recovery tasks across the messaging and directory infrastructure.

- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to O365, Exchange, and AD, working closely with internal teams and external vendors as needed.

- Participate in migration projects, upgrades, and new feature rollouts across the Microsoft ecosystem.

- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.


Required Skills & Experience :


- Minimum 2 years of experience in deployment and implementation of :

1. Active Directory (including Group Policies)

2. Exchange Servers (on-prem and hybrid)

3. Microsoft Office 365 suite

4. Mail gateway solutions

- Minimum 3 years of experience in core operational support, troubleshooting, and administration of :

1. Office 365 and Exchange environments

2. Active Directory and Group Policy

- Solid understanding of networking concepts related to DNS, DHCP, authentication services, and secure email routing.

- Ability to manage end-to-end hybrid infrastructure and resolve integration issues between on-prem and cloud environments.

- Results-driven with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Willingness to work on Saturdays, if required, based on business or project needs.


Educational Qualifications :


- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BSC-IT, BCA, BE)
