Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced 5G L2 (MAC) Developer with strong expertise in Layer 2 protocol development for 4G/5G ORAN or Satellite-NTN systems.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MAC/RLC development, MAC Scheduler, Carrier Aggregation, and C++ programming.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize Layer 2 (MAC/RLC) software for 4G/5G ORAN and Satellite-NTN systems.

- Develop and enhance MAC Scheduler, Carrier Aggregation (CA), and Layer 2 protocol features.

- Analyze protocol requirements and implement high-performance networking solutions.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize Layer 2 protocol stack performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature development, integration, and testing.

- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards.

- Support system validation, issue resolution, and production deployments.

Required Skills :

- 5-10 years of experience in Telecom Protocol Development.

- Strong expertise in Layer 2 (MAC/RLC/PDCP) protocols.

- Hands-on experience with 4G/5G ORAN or Satellite-NTN systems.

- Strong programming skills in C++.

- Experience with MAC Scheduler and Carrier Aggregation (CA).

- Good understanding of 3GPP standards and wireless communication protocols.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with 5G NR protocol stack development.

- Knowledge of Linux, multithreading, and real-time systems.

- Familiarity with protocol testing, integration, and performance optimization.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.
