Role Overview :


As a Lead Cloud Engineer or Associate Cloud Manager, you will serve as the technical anchor for our cloud infrastructure, ensuring our global platforms remain resilient, performant, and cost-efficient.


You will work closely with DevOps, engineering, and product teams to architect scalable solutions that support high-concurrency environments.


Your primary impact will be driving the evolution of our cloud strategy, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining the high availability required to support our mission-critical enterprise services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and manage highly available, fault-tolerant cloud environments on AWS to support global enterprise operations.

- Orchestrate complex containerized workloads using Kubernetes to ensure seamless deployment and scaling of microservices.

- Implement rigorous cloud cost optimization strategies to maximize infrastructure ROI without compromising system performance.

- Lead the automation of infrastructure provisioning and configuration management to reduce manual overhead and improve deployment velocity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and enhance overall system reliability.

- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for cloud security, monitoring, and incident response.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing large-scale AWS production environments with a focus on high availability and security.

- Deep technical proficiency in Kubernetes, including cluster management, service mesh, and container orchestration at scale.

- Proven ability to analyze cloud consumption patterns and execute cost-optimization initiatives that deliver measurable financial impact.

- Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex distributed system issues and implement long-term architectural fixes.

- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical roadmaps to stakeholders and foster a collaborative culture within the engineering team.

- A minimum of 6 to 15 years of professional experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure management roles.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment at our Bangalore office, contributing to a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
