3DX CATIA test engineer

Description :

We are looking for a skilled 3DX CATIA Test Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing CAD applications, ensuring that our software meets the highest quality standards. You will play a crucial role in the development lifecycle, working closely with developers and product managers to deliver a reliable and efficient product.

Responsibilities :

- Design and execute test cases for 3DX CATIA applications.

- Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and functionalities.

- Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing.

- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not affected by new changes.

- Generate detailed test reports and provide feedback to stakeholders on product quality.

- Assist in the development of automated test scripts and frameworks.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 4-6 years of experience in software testing, specifically with 3DX CATIA or similar CAD software.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.

- Proficiency in creating and executing test cases and test plans.

- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.

- Knowledge of automation testing tools and scripts (e.g., Selenium, QTP) is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively report findings and collaborate with team members.
