2Base Technologies - Data Analyst - Tableau/Power BI

We are looking for a Data Analyst with a strong focus on AI/ML to join our team on a contractual basis.

This role involves working closely with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to support machine learning initiatives and deliver actionable insights that drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical expertise, hands-on experience in AI/ML model support, and proficiency in visualization and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform feature engineering, handle imbalanced data, and prepare datasets for model training, validation, and deployment

- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, correlations, and trends in structured and unstructured datasets

- Collaborate with data scientists to design, train, and validate ML models

- Interpret and communicate model outcomes to business stakeholders

- Contribute to the deployment and monitoring of ML models in production environments

- Develop insightful dashboards and interactive reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly)

- Work closely with business units, engineering, and data science teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions

- Stay updated with AI/ML trends, tools, and techniques, and recommend improvements to enhance analytics practices

Technical Skills & Experience :

- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R

- Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch

- Familiarity with NLP, recommendation systems, or time-series forecasting

- Knowledge of cloud-based ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, or Azure ML

- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Python visualization libraries
