[x]cube LABS - Python Developer - Django/Flask

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python programming, SQL, and modern frameworks, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python and frameworks such as Django and Flask.

- Work with SQL databases (medium to advanced queries) and MongoDB for data modeling and integration.

- Write and maintain unit test cases to ensure high-quality, reliable code.

- Provide Level 2 technical support, troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.

- Deploy updates, patches, and fixes to ensure stability and smooth performance of applications.

- Follow established escalation procedures to resolve issues effectively and document solutions.

- Collaborate with onsite and offshore counterpart teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Assist in root cause analysis of incidents and prepare detailed reports with findings and resolutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3-4 years of Python development experience.

- Strong proficiency in Django, Flask, Pandas (and other Python libraries as required).

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL (medium/advanced query writing).

- Good knowledge of unit testing and code quality best practices.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a distributed, collaborative environment.
