.Net Project Manager

Description :

The ideal candidate will have at least 20 years of overall experience, with 15 years in .NET technologies, and proven ability to guide technical teams while ensuring timely and quality delivery of solutions.

SME skills in .NET and related technologies are critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and allocate resources efficiently

- Mentor and guide development teams, providing subject matter expertise in .NET

- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, coding guidelines, and best practices

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Business Analysts

- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide reports to senior management

- Facilitate requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation reviews

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 20 years of experience in software project management

- Minimum 15 years of experience in .NET technologies

- Proven SME skills in .NET frameworks, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent

- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and provide technical solutions

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred)
