.Net Production Support Engineer

Job Summary :

The role involves monitoring, maintaining, and resolving issues in a healthcare environment to ensure the seamless functioning of production systems, especially those integrated with Guiding Care and developed using .NET.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with care management teams to support critical member-facing features, care plan modules,

and clinical workflows.

- Support batch jobs, file transfers, and interface integrations (e.g., HL7, EDI) with downstream systems.

- Analyse recurring issues and implement root cause fixes and preventative measures.

- Maintain documentation related to incident management, known errors, and system configurations.

- Participate in on-call rotation and ensure 24/7 uptime for mission-critical systems.

Required Skills :

- Strong exposure to Guiding Care or other care management systems in a healthcare domain.

- Solid understanding of SQL Server, stored procedures, and database performance tuning.

- Familiarity with production support tools (ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.).

- Ability to debug application logs, identify integration issues, and suggest fixes quickly.
