- Establish architectural governance and ensure delivery quality across projects.

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to senior and junior architects and development teams.

- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to align with business and technical objectives.

- Monitor architecture implementation, review designs, and provide guidance for continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with security standards, cloud best practices, and enterprise policies.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in .NET technologies and enterprise application development.

- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and web-based application architecture.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or equivalent).

- Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, and containerized architectures.

- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and data architecture patterns.

- Understanding of security frameworks, governance, and compliance standards.

Experience & Qualifications :

- 18+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in an architect role.

- Proven experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, and governance.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
