.Net Lead - Backend Technologies

Role : .Net Lead

Experience : 7 - 10 years

Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and SQL Server.

- Handle end-to-end project execution, from requirement gathering to deployment, with minimal supervision.

- Collaborate directly with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to industry best practices and

coding standards.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

- Participate in architecture and design discussions, code reviews, and provide technical

mentorship when needed.

- Work effectively across teams and time zones, ensuring timely communication and deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and SQL Server.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software design principles.

- Experience in RESTful API development and database design.

- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for direct stakeholder interactions.

- Availability to work in overlapping hours with Pacific Time Zone (till 11 PM IST).
