About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Full-Stack Lead with strong hands-on experience in backend development using .NET Core and frontend frameworks such as React.js or Angular. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across full-stack development, API architecture, and cloud technologies. This role will lead development initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality delivery of enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end full-stack development using .NET Core and React.js / Angular.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web applications.

- Build responsive and intuitive UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Develop RESTful APIs or GraphQL services and integrate with front-end modules.

- Ensure high performance, code quality, and maintainability across the software stack.

- Guide and mentor developers within the team on best practices and coding standards.

- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and QA teams to deliver features.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design.

- Work with cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) for application deployment and maintenance.

- Ensure timely delivery and support initiatives requiring overlap with US teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 610 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or .NET Developer.

- Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Web API.

- Proven experience in frontend development using React.js or Angular.

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL.

- Strong understanding of software design principles, OOP, and modern web architectures.

- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).

- Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- React.js is preferred (future framework direction), but Angular or Vue.js experience is also acceptable.

- Experience in GraphQL-based API development.

- Exposure to microservices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
