About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer (WPF) to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core, WPF, and SQL Server. The role involves end-to-end software development, optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Design, develop, and maintain WPF-based applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable C# code following best coding practices.

- Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database structures for performance and scalability.

- Design and build interactive reports using Crystal Reports, Telerik, or similar tools.

- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and UI/UX teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric software solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure robust application performance.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and adopt modern DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery.

- Ensure application security, performance tuning, and scalability in all deliverables.

- Work within Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Research and implement emerging technologies to continuously improve the development process.

Key Skillsets:

- Proficiency in .NET Framework / .NET Core and C# programming.

- Strong experience in WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) for rich UI applications.

- Expertise in SQL Server, including stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning.

- Experience with Crystal Reports, Telerik, or similar reporting tools.

- Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented programming (OOP).

- Familiarity with Vue.js or Blazor (advantageous).

- Hands-on experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar version control and CI/CD tools.

- Exposure to cloud-native application development and deployment.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
