About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer with hands-on expertise in OpenTelemetry SDK to design, develop, and implement scalable, reliable, and observable applications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent coding practices, and proven experience in building applications with observability, monitoring, and performance optimization at the core.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core / .NET Framework.

- Integrate and implement OpenTelemetry SDK for distributed tracing, metrics, and logging.

- Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams to ensure observability and monitoring best practices.

- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and scalability.

- Work closely with product owners, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full application stack.

- Document technical designs, coding standards, and observability practices.

- Participate in code reviews, contribute to knowledge sharing, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 58 years of strong hands-on experience in .NET Core / .NET Framework development.

- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, Web API, RESTful services.

- Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry SDK for telemetry data (traces, metrics, logs).

- Solid understanding of observability tools (Jaeger, Prometheus, Grafana, Zipkin, or similar).

- Experience in integrating telemetry with APM platforms (Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.).

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server / PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps or Jenkins.

- Good understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Certified : .NET Developer or related certifications.

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).

- Knowledge of security best practices in application development.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
