As a Dot Net Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting high-performance web applications and backend services. Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using Dot Net technologies (.NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, C#)

- Build modern, interactive, and responsive front-end solutions using React.js to provide an excellent user experience

- Develop scalable backend services and microservices using Node.js, handling business logic, data processing, and integrations

- Work extensively with relational databases, primarily SQL Server, to design database schema, write complex SQL queries, optimize performance, and handle data integrity

- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless interaction between front-end and back-end components

- Participate in architecture and design discussions to build efficient, maintainable, and scalable applications

- Implement unit tests, integration tests, and automation scripts to ensure code reliability and robustness

- Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure efficient CI/CD pipelines for smooth code deployment and release processes

- Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently

- Ensure compliance with security best practices, application performance, and coding standards

- Perform code reviews and mentor junior team members to foster best practices and high coding standards

- Collaborate with business teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continually improve development processes and technical expertise

Required Technical Skills :

Proven expertise in Dot Net Development :

- .NET Framework and .NET Core

- ASP.NET MVC and Web API development

- C# programming language

- Entity Framework and LINQ

- Frontend development experience with React.js

- Backend development experience with Node.js, Express.js

- Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including writing optimized queries, stored procedures, and database design

- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), software design patterns, and principles of clean architecture

- Experience working with RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and third-party API integrations

- Version control using Git and working knowledge of branching strategies

- Exposure to cloud services (Azure or AWS) is an advantage

- Working knowledge of Docker and containerization concepts is a plus

- Hands-on experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies, working in collaborative, cross-functional teams

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
