We are looking for an experienced Microsoft .NET Developer with strong expertise in .NET, C#, ReactJS, and MSSQL. The role involves full-stack web development, creating scalable and robust solutions, and collaborating in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on both front-end and back-end components, with the ability to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade applications.

Core Technical Skills :

- Backend Development : Strong experience in .NET, C#, .NET MVC, Web APIs. Proficient in designing and consuming REST APIs. Knowledge of software architecture design and scalable application development.

- Frontend Development : Hands-on expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS, and HTML. Experience with UI/UX implementation and optimization. Familiarity with bundling/build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel). Ability to translate mockups into responsive web pages with pixel-perfect accuracy.

- Database & Data Handling : Strong working knowledge of MS SQL Server. Experience in database design, stored procedures, and query optimization.

- Development Practices : Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with Git or other version control tools. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps collaboration. Ability to write scalable, testable, and maintainable code.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain robust backend services and intuitive front-end features.

- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure technical feasibility of designs.

- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.

- Work closely with the System Architect, Engineers, and DevOps team to define software specifications.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

- Recommend appropriate technologies and best practices to improve the platform.

- Contribute to building large, modular, and maintainable codebases.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 6+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years in .NET development.
