- Lead and manage end to end delivery of enterprise applications using .NET, .NET Core, C#, and Microsoft Azure.

- Deliver projects for European Utilities clients, including Electricity, Gas, Water, Smart Metering, and Billing systems.

- Apply PMP policies and best practices across project lifecycle - initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resource management.

- Drive Agile ways of working, blending Scrum/Kanban practices within a PMP governed delivery framework.

- Act as a techno functional leader, providing solution design oversight and technical decision support.

- Collaborate with European business stakeholders across regions and time zones.

- Ensure Azure cloud solutions comply with security, regulatory, and compliance standards relevant to EU utilities.

- Manage cross functional, multi vendor teams and coordinate dependencies effectively.

- Track milestones, KPIs, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies proactively.

- Provide transparent status reporting, governance updates, and change management.

- Mentor teams and foster a high performance, continuous improvement culture aligned to Agile values.
