- Local Mexican Candidate required-

A .NET Application Developer for the PanaCIM Gen2 application is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining manufacturing automation and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions using .NET technologies, specifically tailored to the PanaCIM Gen2 environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain applications : Design, code, test, debug, and implement new modules and features for the PanaCIM Gen2 application using C#, and related .NET technologies.

- Requirements analysis : Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and manufacturing engineering teams to gather, interpret, and document application requirements.

- Integration : Work with upstream and downstream systems to ensure robust data flow between the MES and factory equipment (e.g., SMT machines, ERP).

- Testing and troubleshooting : Prepare unit test plans, conduct testing in QA environments, and resolve defects and user-reported issues.

- Compliance : Ensure all development complies with manufacturing IT standards and best practices for security and data integrity.

- Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with internal IT, database administrators, and manufacturing operations teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical expertise :

- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, and/or .NET Core, Microservices, RabbitMQ, Kafka etc

- Hands-on experience with PostGreSQL, MS SQL Server, including database design and optimization

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration protocols

- Experience with user interface technologies & JavaScript is a plus.

- Experience with NUnit

Education & experience :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field

- 3+ years of professional experience as a .NET/Application Developer

- Experience with large-scale software deployments and multi-environment support

Manufacturing domain :

- Prior work experience in manufacturing IT, MES, automation, or PanaCIM platforms preferred

Methodology & tools :

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, version control (Git), and SDLC best practices.

Problem-solving :

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

Travels :

- Ready for travelling to local & international customers locations
