Role Overview :

We are seeking a .NET Developer with Agentic AI experience to design and build intelligent, autonomous systems that combine modern .NET applications with AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks. You will work at the intersection of backend engineering and applied AI to deliver next-generation intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable backend services using .NET / .NET Core / C#

- Build and integrate agentic AI workflows (multi-step reasoning, planning, tool usage)

- Develop AI-powered services using LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.)

- Implement orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen, or similar

- Create APIs to expose AI agents and decision-making services

- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, databases, and external tools

- Implement secure, reliable, and observable AI-driven services

- Optimize performance, cost, and latency of AI model interactions

- Collaborate with product, data, and platform teams

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API

- Experience building AI-powered or agent-based applications

- Knowledge of agentic AI concepts : planning, memory, tools, autonomy

- Experience with LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

- Familiarity with Semantic Kernel or similar agent orchestration frameworks

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and async programming

- Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases

- Knowledge of security, authentication, and authorization (OAuth, JWT)

Good to Have :

- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

- Vector databases (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)

- Background in cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

- Experience with Docker & Kubernetes

- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Knowledge of prompt engineering and evaluation techniques
