.Net Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers.

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions using the .NET framework.

- Coordinate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

- Conduct presentations and system demonstrations for clients.

- Plan estimations, allocate tasks, and ensure on-time delivery.

- Design stable and scalable solutions based on business requirements.

- Train and coach team members on IT, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Perform regular code and team reviews to ensure code quality and team performance.

- Work collaboratively in agile development environments.

- Debug and resolve application issues effectively.

- Interpret technical specifications and business requirements accurately.

- Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 1+ years of strong hands-on experience in .NET technologies.

- Proficient in ASP.NET, Web API, C#, WCF, REST Services, and Windows Services.

- Solid understanding of client-server architecture.

- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS).

- Experience using responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap.

- Proficiency in T-SQL and working with SQL Server 2008 R2/2012+ including stored procedures, triggers, and user-defined functions.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Experience with full software development life cycle (SDLC).

- Familiarity with automated testing and performance tuning.

- Comfortable working in collaborative, agile teams.

Technical Skills Required :

- Programming Languages : C#, ASP.NET, VBScript/ASP

- Front-End : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery

- Back-End : Web API, WCF, Windows Services

- Databases : SQL Server, MySQL

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.

- Minimum 2+ years experience with .NET and 1+ year with SQL Server.

- Hands-on experience in building, testing, and deploying web-based applications.
