About the Role :

We are hiring a .NET Technical Lead / Architect with extensive experience in designing enterprise-scale distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and microservices ecosystems.

You will lead multiple engineering teams, define architectural standards, and ensure the successful implementation of mission-critical applications on Azure.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & System Design :

- Define high-level architecture for microservices, distributed systems, and multi-tenant applications

- Apply Clean Architecture, DDD, event-driven patterns, and SOLID principles

- Design APIs, service contracts, middleware, and integration strategies

Cloud & Infrastructure Leadership :

- Architect Azure-based solutions using App Services, Functions, AKS, Service Bus

- Drive cloud modernization, infrastructure automation, and scalability planning

- Enforce security, resiliency, and compliance standards

Backend & Integration Leadership :

- Oversee development of complex services using .NET 6/7

- Integrate message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, and Kafka

- Define best practices for API gateways, identity management, and authentication flows

DevOps & Observability :

- Establish CI/CD standards using Azure DevOps Pipelines

- Implement logging, monitoring, and observability using Azure Monitor, App Insights

- Drive containerization and Kubernetes deployment strategies

Team & Delivery Leadership :

- Mentor senior and mid-level developers, guiding overall engineering maturity

- Lead architectural reviews, code audits, and risk assessments

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define technical roadmaps

Required Skills :

- Expert in .NET Core / .NET 6/7, C#, ASP.NET, Web API

- Deep knowledge of DDD, microservices, multi-tier architecture

- Azure : AKS, App Services, Functions, Service Bus, DevOps

- Kubernetes, Docker

- SQL Server, PostgreSQL

- Event-driven architecture, messaging, caching, distributed design

- Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills

- Drive adoption of Azure cloud services, DevOps automation, and containerization.

- Ensure architectural compliance across modules and teams.

- Implement advanced security, monitoring, and observability patterns.

- Create reusable frameworks and architectural templates for organizational reuse
