Role Overview :

- We are looking for an experienced NET + Braze Developer with strong expertise in Braze CRM, marketing automation, and backend integrations.

- The ideal candidate should be capable of building data-driven campaigns, dynamic journeys, and personalized communication flows while collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Braze CRM Expertise :

- Hands-on experience in Braze CRM environment

- Create and manage Segments, Canvas workflows, and API-driven campaigns

- Develop dynamic and personalized content using Liquid

- Work with Braze SDKs, triggers, events, and attributes

- Manage SMS, Email, Push, and In-App messaging workflows

- Utilize SQL for data-based segmentation and reporting

- Monitor Braze analytics, performance metrics, and optimize journeys

Backend & Integration (Preferred/.NET) :

- Working knowledge of .NET (C#) for backend integrations

- Ability to build/maintain Braze-related API services

Analytics & Reporting (Nice-to-Have) :

- Exposure to Power BI for dashboards and insights
