We are seeking a highly specialized .NET + Braze Developer to join our team on a contract basis. This pivotal role requires 5 to 6 years of experience and demands a unique blend of mandatory, hands-on Braze CRM expertise with strong backend integration skills using the .NET/C# stack and Azure cloud services.

The successful candidate will own the technical design, integration, and deployment of complex, personalized marketing campaigns and customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Deliverables :

1. Braze CRM Platform Ownership :

- Campaign Design & Deployment : Design and build sophisticated customer journeys using Braze Canvas.

- Define precise user segments and configure complex, multi-channel marketing workflows (SMS, email, in-app messaging, push notifications).

- Personalization : Implement dynamic and deep personalization across campaigns using Liquid-based templating and advanced custom data attributes.

- Data-Driven Segmentation : Drive accurate and timely customer targeting by designing and executing data-driven segmentation logic, often requiring direct SQL manipulation and analysis.

2. Backend Integration & Development :

- API & SDK Integration : Own the technical integration between enterprise systems and Braze, implementing data synchronization and message triggers via Braze APIs and SDKs.

- Backend Stack (Preferred) : Utilize .NET/C# to build and maintain robust backend services within the Azure cloud environment that serve as reliable data connectors and decision engines for Braze campaigns.

- Data Management (Preferred) : Work with SQL databases and NoSQL stores like Cosmos DB to structure and manage the data required for dynamic segmentation and personalization within Braze.

3. Monitoring & Optimization :

- Analytics : Monitor critical campaign metrics, analyze performance data, and create actionable insights to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.

- Reporting (Preferred) : Utilize tools like Power BI to build and maintain robust reporting dashboards that visualize campaign performance and impact.

Required Skills & Experience :

- CRM Expertise (Mandatory) : Mandatory, hands-on experience with the Braze platform, including Canvas, segmentation, and Liquid personalization.

- Development Stack (Mandatory) : Proven experience with .NET/C# development and strong proficiency in SQL.

- Cloud & Data : Familiarity with the Azure cloud environment and NoSQL databases (preferably Cosmos DB).

Preferred / Nice to Have :

- Exposure to Power BI for creating operational and analytical dashboards.

- Experience with other messaging APIs (e.g., Twilio, SendGrid)
