Role Overview :

As a Senior Programmer Analyst / Lead - Backend, you will design and develop scalable SaaS microservices on .NET Core. Youll work on cloud-native architectures, event-driven systems, and high-performance applications, contributing to the reliability and scalability of our platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Architecture & Development :

- Design, build, and maintain SaaS microservices using .NET Core & C#.

- Apply design patterns, architecture principles, and development best practices.

- Deliver high-quality, secure, and well-tested code.

System Performance & Scalability :

- Optimize performance using multithreading and event-driven programming.

- Build highly available, fault-tolerant systems.

- Participate in on-call rotations for critical services.

Cloud-native Engineering :

- Work on Linux-based cloud deployments.

- Ensure efficient integration with public cloud APIs (Microsoft, Google, AWS).

- Take ownership of service reliability and operations.

Collaboration & Ownership :

- Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.

- Collaborate with global DevOps and QA teams.

- Drive improvements in scalability, reliability, and deployment practices.

What Were Looking For :

- 5+ years of backend development experience.

- Proficiency in .NET Core with strong C# skills.

- Experience in multithreading and concurrent programming.

- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.

- Experience with Linux environments.

- Familiarity with event-driven architectures.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Microsoft Graph APIs, Google Workspace APIs, or AWS S3 APIs.

- Background in SaaS backup platforms, cloud storage, or data protection.
