.Net Architect - C#/React.js

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design end-to-end fullstack solutions using .NET Core, Microservices, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular).

- Define and implement scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.

- Lead technical design discussions, ensure code quality, and guide development teams through architecture best practices and modern engineering principles.

- Design and oversee microservices-based distributed systems, ensuring seamless integration, observability, and maintainability.

- Collaborate closely with DevOps and Cloud teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Drive cloud adoption and optimization using Azure, AWS, or GCP including serverless components, API management, and cost optimization.

- Introduce and integrate AI/ML-ready design considerations (data pipelines, model APIs, or AI-assisted features) to future-proof solutions.

- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards across the fullstack ecosystem.

- Stay updated with market trends in cloud, AI/ML, and fullstack frameworks to recommend modern tools, frameworks, and practices.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 10 to 12 years of experience in fullstack application development and architecture.

- Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core, C#, Web API, and Microservices design patterns.

- Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular.

- Experience designing and deploying solutions on Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and caching frameworks (Redis, Cosmos DB, MongoDB, etc.).

- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and trends, with the ability to design systems that integrate or leverage AI-driven components.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a proven ability to work with senior stakeholders.

- Experience mentoring engineering teams and promoting architectural excellence across delivery teams.
