About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary .NET AI Lead / Architect to design, build, and lead the integration of AI-powered solutions within enterprise-grade .NET applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in .NET architecture with hands-on experience in AI/ML integration, driving innovation and scalability in next-generation intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design end-to-end .NET solutions with integrated AI/ML components (predictive models, NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems).

- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate models (TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, ML.NET) into .NET production environments.

- Define and implement AI integration strategies, including model deployment, inferencing pipelines, and continuous learning mechanisms.

- Lead the development of microservices-based architectures with AI-driven services using .NET Core, C#, and Azure/AWS cloud services.

- Ensure security, performance, and scalability of AI-enhanced enterprise applications.

- Stay updated with emerging trends in .NET, cloud, and AI/ML technologies to drive innovation.

- Mentor development teams on .NET architectural best practices and AI integration approaches.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intelligent, automated solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in software architecture & development using .NET/.NET Core (C#).

- 3+ years of proven experience in AI/ML solution integration within enterprise applications.

- Strong knowledge of ML lifecycle and model deployment (REST APIs, ONNX Runtime, Azure ML, ML.NET).

- Hands-on experience with cloud AI services (Azure Cognitive Services, AWS SageMaker, etc.).

- Proficiency in containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines for AI/ML deployments.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular preferred).

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture patterns (microservices, DDD, event-driven).

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
