Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned .NET Architect to lead backend development excellence across our product engineering initiatives.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for designing scalable, high-performance systems, mentoring development teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable backend applications using the .NET framework.

- Define, implement, and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices.

- Provide technical guidance during design reviews and critical system decisions.

Architecture & Development :

- Make strategic decisions on application architecture and system design.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on performance and scalability.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure optimized system performance.

Team Management :

- Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.

- Conduct regular code reviews and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Partner with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery.

- Collaborate with platform leads and project managers to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Agile & Innovation :

- Drive Agile/Scrum best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to foster innovation within the team.
