As a UI/UX Designer, you will be working on the overall user experience of the game in all aspects and phases of production, you propose solutions to translate game design requirements into usable and memorable graphical user interfaces What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities) : - You will work closely with the Product Managers and Game Designers to create clean, clutter-free, user-centric, trendy and easy to understand user interfaces (UI) for mobile games. - You need to be dedicated to researching and playing hundreds of mobile games to understand best practices in the Industry. - Work on the UI design (Flows, Menus and HUDs) as per requirements. - Explore and create high fidelity mockups and then the individual graphical elements needed for mobile screens, including iconography. - Create wireframes or modify existing screen flows based on design specifications or feedback. - Apply and maintain a consistent look and feel throughout the UI. - Ability to make design decisions and take on design problems independently, present and sell design concepts. Who could you be? Background and Experience : You should have a background in graphic design/interaction design/HCI related areas. You should have at least 4- 5 years of experience in mobile games/apps. - At least shipped 5 apps/games as an UI/UX Designer. - You are proficient with prototyping tools such as Axure, Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator or other software for creating flowcharts, wireframes and Final UI Design mock-ups. - Knowledge of A/B testing tools and analytics platforms such as Firebase and GameAnalytics for evaluating UI/UX performance. - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and 2D/3D asset pipelines to better collaborate with developers and artists. - Familiarity with Unity UI workflows for preparing and exporting game UI assets. - Strong knowledge of mobile game UI patterns, HUD design, and screen flow best practices. - Hands-on experience or knowledge of Unity 3D is a plus. - Strong foundational graphic design skills (colour theory, composition, typography etc). - Possess an excellent understanding of visual design principles, style guidelines, design processes, and creative workflow. - Bring art to life while improving the UX with visuals. - Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. - Ability to give and receive constructive criticism and critique with a focus on improving quality - Team player with a great attitude & love for mobile games.

Experience Required : 5-6 Years of Experience. As a QA Lead, you need to drive the overall quality of games published by Games2win. This involves approaching a game from the players perspective and addressing the KPIs of each product release. You would need to understand the KPIs of each product and the updates we are planning, and translate them to tests that your team will execute. You will work closely with Product Management and always pay attention to the players experience. You will manage a team of experienced testers, and take responsibility for test case management and the work that your team does. You will define tools that the team may use, such as test case management tools or automation tools. What would you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities) - Work closely with the Product Team (comprising Product Managers and the CEO) to understand what each games update is about. - Convey this information to the team and make sure all test cases are created correctly. - Review Requirements and Builds from an End users Perspective ; what is a nuisance, what does not feel right, what is confusing ? And provide constructive feedback to the Product and Delivery Teams. - Involve task execution and Review the task done by the testing team. - Able to create a Test Plan , and all kinds of documentation. - Proactively manage task, and should deliver tests in given timeline. - Keep eye on team members performance and development. - Keep an eye to optimize test plans by periodically reviewing the productivity of your team, the test cases they are executing and weeding out inefficiencies. - Given that we operate similar games, you will find test cases that can be shared across games, and there will be knowledge from individual testers that can be shared with the team. - Work with your Managers to estimate effort for all testing activities, and ensure the teams complete the test phases on time. - Collaborate with the various teams (Engineering, Analysts, Delivery) in planning, prioritizing and delivering quality products and programs. - Facilitate knowledge sharing between test teams and develop relevant training programs.
