Role Overview. We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join a high-impact team within Experian Consumer Services (ECS), focused on building scalable, reusable AI capabilities that power personalized financial experiences for millions of users. Key Responsibilities : Business-Aligned ML Engineering : - Collaborate with product and analytics teams to identify high-impact personalization and automation opportunities. - Translate business problems into ML use cases, selecting appropriate modeling techniques (e.g., classification, ranking, recommendation, summarization). - Evaluate trade-offs between accuracy, interpretability, latency, and scalability to guide model and architecture choices. Model Development & Optimization : - Design and implement ML models using Python and frameworks like scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. - Apply advanced techniques such as feature selection, regularization, hyperparameter tuning (Grid Search, Bayesian Optimization), and ensemble learning. - Leverage transfer learning, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering to extend the capabilities of pre-trained LLMs. LLM Integration & Extension : - Build and operationalize LLM-based services using Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone). - Develop use cases such as intelligent summarization, contextual recommendations, and conversational personalization using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. Productionization & Deployment : - Package and deploy models using Amazon SageMaker, SageMaker Inference Pipelines, AWS Lambda, and Kubernetes. - Build containerized ML services and expose them via secure, versioned RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask. - Integrate models into real-time and batch workflows, ensuring reliability and scalability. Performance Monitoring & Governance : - Implement robust evaluation pipelines using metrics like AUC-ROC, F1-score, Precision/Recall, Lift, and RMSE, aligned with product KPIs. - Monitor model drift, data quality, and prediction stability using tools like Evidently AI, SageMaker Model Monitor, and custom telemetry. - Ensure model explainability, auditability, and compliance using MLflow, SageMaker Model Registry, SHAP, and LIME. MLOps & Automation : - Automate end-to-end ML workflows using SageMaker Pipelines, Step Functions, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, and Terraform. - Collaborate with platform engineers to ensure reproducibility, scalability, and adherence to security and privacy standards. AI/ML Engineer - Data Modeling 

Job description : Job Purpose : Reporting to the Controls Testing Manager, the (Resiliency) Controls Testing Lead (Lead) will support the development of the testing methodology for critical key controls across the Experian global business. This role will focus on assurance activities over resiliency material and critical controls testing, with the potential to move into other operational risk domains. The Lead will be responsible for developing and executing controls testing plans, and for communicating, agreeing upon, and monitoring gaps in controls in line with Experian risk management processes. This will be done in collaboration with other assurance functions across the first, second, and third lines of defense (LOD). The Controls Testing Lead will also support the Controls Testing Manager in the development of testing methodologies, the risk universe, and integrated reporting. Principle responsibilities : - Support the Controls Testing Manager in the identification and prioritization of testing activities as part of the assurance planning process. - Plans and executes control tests including coordinating the review process with key stakeholders, managing the activities of control testing analysts (local and overseas), reviewing the quality of work performed and ensuring alignment with the assurance testing methodology. - Prepares draft reports reflecting the results of work performed and advises the business on appropriate solutions and remediation activities engaging other 2LOD and subject matter experts in agreeing actions plans. - Presents results to senior management to get buy in and agreement to action. - Coordinates activities throughout the review lifecycle with senior stakeholders. - Collaborates with Data Analytics team to identify opportunities for converting manual testing into analytics based testing and continuous assurance activity. - Collaborates directly with the analytics team to adjust and improve models and follows up on results of continuous monitoring and analytics. - Supports 1LOD with issues remediation and validation of evidence before issue closure. - Provides feedback to the design and implementation teams on any learnings identified as part of control testing. Controls Testing Lead 

Job description : You will be hybrid based in Hyderabad and reporting to your manager. This is individual contributor (Non-Managerial) role. Summary : This technical resource would be part of the Corporate Sales Systems Development and Support team. You will manage the delivery of assigned tasks in the implementation and development of DocuSign CLM projects across the Experian enterprise and helping the businesses support and maintain the CLM application. A key part of the role will be to perform configuration, customization & administration using DocuSign CLM and provide ongoing technical support of the production & sandbox environments. Key Responsibilities : - Perform administration, configuration and customization as per requirements on the DocuSign CLM platform related to Forms, Templates, Clause library, Approvals and Workflows. - Perform assigned Project tasks, Change Requests, Enhancements and bug fixes, based on User Stories through Build, QA, UAT, and Deployment, while ensuring minimal post go live issues. - Understand data flows across CRM, CPQ & Contract Life cycle Mgmt. systems and processes within these business systems. - Work closely with the Docusign CLM & Insight product owners and Scrum Master to provide technical development, administration and maintenance with respect to Docusign CLM & Insights. - Work closely with UAT Team to define and execute functional, regression, unit and user acceptance testing. - Provide ongoing troubleshooting of incidents, partner with 3rd-party consultants and Dev resources to address issues and raise data quality concerns as necessary.
